Burlingame High's football program launched its 100th season Friday, Aug. 28, with a pair of shutouts at Piedmont Hills in San Jose.

The varsity Panthers won 45-0. The JV squad posted a 47-0 victory.

Both were non-conference road games. The JV kicked off at 4:30 p.m., and the varsity followed at 7:15 p.m., according to MaxPreps schedule data.
