Burlingame LIVE 2026 returns to the corner of Park Road and Burlingame Avenue for four evenings of outdoor music Thursday, Oct. 1, through Sunday, Oct. 4.

The Burlingame/SFO Chamber of Commerce is hosting the festival, which runs 4 to 8 p.m. each day. The event features live bands, beer and wine, and access to downtown dining and shopping along the Avenue.

The festival's opening night, Thursday, Oct. 1, brings three acts: Brian Wachhorst at 4 p.m., Georgia Blues and Musicians at 5:15 p.m. and Marshall Law Band at 6:30 p.m. The Chamber announced the lineup on its X account on Sept. 11.

Friday, Oct. 2, follows the same three-act format. Jeff Cleary opens with classics at 4 p.m., Tommy Martin plays Hawaiian, pop, R&B, country and classics at 5:15 p.m. and Red Hot and the Saltines close with rock at 6:30 p.m., according to a Sept. 15 Chamber post.

Saturday and Sunday performers had not been announced as of Wednesday, Sept. 23. The Eventbrite listing names the same six acts across the full run but does not assign them to weekend dates.

The 2024 edition drew 150 to 200 attendees each night, Chamber President and CEO Susan Baker told the City Council Economic Development Subcommittee on Nov. 13, 2024, according to subcommittee minutes. Baker said the Chamber hoped to partner with the city to make the event an annual tradition.

That same year-end review noted the Chamber staged 28 events in 2024, including the Burlingame on the Avenue festival, which drew more than 8,000 attendees.

Residents can follow the Chamber's social media accounts for weekend lineup updates, and check the event's Eventbrite listing for ticket and admission details.
