The Burlingame Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers to help run Burlingame LIVE, the four-night music festival returning to Burlingame Avenue Oct. 1–4.
Volunteers must be 21 or older. Three two-hour shifts are available each day, starting at 3:30 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. In return, volunteers get front-row access to live performances all four nights.
The festival is free and open to the public.
The Chamber posted the volunteer call on X on Wednesday, Sept. 16, with a link to a Google Form sign-up page. No registration deadline has been announced, but the festival is two weeks away. Residents interested in volunteering can find the sign-up form linked in the Chamber's post.
Performances run on Burlingame Avenue at Park Road. The Thursday, Oct. 1 lineup opens with Brian Wachhorst at 4 p.m., followed by Georgia Blues and Musicians at 5:15 p.m. and Marshall Law Band at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2 brings Jeff Cleary at 4 p.m. and Tommy Martin at 5:15 p.m. Saturday and Sunday performers have not been announced.
The festival runs four nights this year. When Burlingame LIVE returned in a new format in 2024, it drew 150 to 200 attendees per night. Chamber President and CEO Susan Baker told the City Council's Economic Development Subcommittee at its Nov. 13, 2024, meeting that the Chamber was "hoping to partner with the City to make it an annual tradition."
Residents can find shift times and the volunteer registration link on the Chamber's X page, @visitburlingame.
