A Shark Tank success story is heading to downtown Burlingame on Aug. 15–16. Cousins Maine Lobster, the food truck brand that has grown to more than 85 locations across 35 states, will serve lobster rolls on Burlingame Avenue during the 32nd annual Burlingame On The Avenue festival on Saturday, Aug. 15, and Sunday, Aug. 16.
The Burlingame Chamber of Commerce announced the addition on Monday, Aug. 10, adding a nationally recognized seafood name to a vendor lineup that already includes KettlePOP, Crepes Divine, Sushi Obsession and Little Sky Bakery.
The truck will offer two signature rolls.
The Maine Roll comes chilled with a touch of mayo. The Connecticut Roll arrives warm with butter and lemon. Both use wild-caught Maine lobster. Co-founder Jim Tselikis described the menu in an August 2025 interview with Food Truck Operator as "simple, classic, unforgettable."
Tselikis and his cousin Sabin Lomac, both from Maine, founded the brand in 2012. Their appearance on ABC's Shark Tank led to a partnership with investor Barbara Corcoran, and the company began franchising in 2014. It has since surpassed $1 billion in systemwide sales. The truck already operates in the Bay Area; it appeared at a Sonoma winery pop-up earlier this year.
Burlingame On The Avenue runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days and draws more than 65,000 attendees over the weekend. This year's festival features live music, art vendors, the Wheels Through Time car show and family activities.
