The Burlingame/SFO Chamber of Commerce has released the full Main Stage and Community Stage lineups for the 33rd annual Burlingame On The Avenue street festival on Aug. 15–16, headlined by Santana tribute band CARNAVAL and featuring 17 acts across two stages.

The Burlingame Chamber of Commerce is recruiting volunteers for the 33rd Annual Burlingame On The Avenue festival on Aug. 15–16, which draws more than 65,000 visitors to downtown Burlingame Avenue for live music, food and family activities.

Burlingame market vendors face new Town Square cooking ban

The Burlingame/SFO Chamber of Commerce has drafted a new vendor policy banning cooking and food preparation in the Town Square portion of the Farmers Market, effective August 2026, while the 220 Park Road underground garage is now open to the public at $3 all-day parking on evenings and weekends.

SamTrans is rerouting Route CSM away from Alameda de las Pulgas and making it weekday-only, and dropping three stops from Route 30, effective Sunday, August 2 — just weeks before the Burlingame school year opens August 19.

Samoan Solutions still seeks Burlingame home, hosts youth market

Samoan Solutions, which lost its Burlingame community space on Mahler Road in October 2025, hosts its Nesian Night Market on Friday, July 31, at Belle Air Elementary in San Bruno, featuring 17 youth entrepreneurs from its Pasefika Boss Up program.

Burlingame's Free Concert Series Final Show Hits August 7

Burlingame's free 2026 Music in the Park series concludes on Friday, August 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Washington Park. The final show features Latin reggae group Bayonics and requires no tickets. Attendees can bring outside food or buy beer and wine on-site.
